The restaurant was amazing, with delicious grilled Arctic Char and homemade ice cream. the farm atmosphere was fun, especially watching the cows, and the overall location was quiet and serene. the room decor was cozy and the heated floor was a nice touch.
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the next room. It was also difficult to control the room temperature, as it was a bit warm and we struggled to find a setting to cool it down.

We had a fantastic time staying at a charming countryside hotel. the location was superb, surrounded by well-cared for cows. Our cozy log cabin was comfortable and had a beautiful view. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the delicious meals in the restaurant were made from their own livestock and local farms. It was an educational experience that offered an amazing menu, including vegan options.
The shared bathroom could use more facilities, especially during busier seasons.

The rooms were surprisingly cozy with radiant heat floors and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, close to key attractions like Geysir and Gulfoss, yet still maintaining a rustic and rural feel. the restaurant in the main building served delicious breakfast and dinner options, with a great variety of locally raised food.
The sound insulation in the rooms was limited, making it possible to hear chatter from neighboring rooms. The amenities provided were quite limited, so it is advisable to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries.

The ordering process at the restaurant was a hassle as we had to stand in line for 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was expensive and some items were not readily available.
